  1. Only in the '80s 1 collects some of the decade's most memorable hits, like Scandal's "Goodbye to You" and the Go-Gos' "We Got the Beat," along with some more obscure singles like the similarly girlish "Johnny Are You Queer" by Josie ardrescioupeugedoc.tradsisnisimpkittrenmonthorbafftadcase.co Romantics' "What I Like About You," the J. Geils Band's "Freeze Frame," and Hall & Oates' "You Make My Dreams Come True" are some of the album 6/
  2. As for Freeze Frame, while there are a few (3) good tracks on this disc that is all there is, the rest is unmitigated garbage. The best reason i used to buy long playing discs and CD's now is because i get to see what else a band can do if this was the premier disc for J Geils i would write them off as a total loss because you simply cannot /5().
  3. Various Artists, Robert Palmer, Pat Benatar, Tommy Tutone, John Waite, J. Geils Band, Hall & Oates, Steve Miller Band, Crowded House, Stray Cats - I Love Rock & Roll: Hits of the 80's, Vol. 4 - ardrescioupeugedoc.tradsisnisimpkittrenmonthorbafftadcase.co Music/5(6).
  4. The title track of 's Freeze Frame album by the ardrescioupeugedoc.tradsisnisimpkittrenmonthorbafftadcase.co Band, three minutes and fifty seven seconds of a Seth Justman/Peter Wolf tune - not to be confused with the title track composition of a Godley & Creme (of CC fame) release - went gold and Top 4 on the heels of "Centerfold's success, but is strong enough that it would have certainly achieved the same .
  5. While both LP's "Freeze Frame" and "Love Stinks" cater to the Big Seller type of LP's with more Pop-Type of recordings, you can still hear some of their original sound and style, which should open the door for any less familiar followers to expand on. I believe that "Freeze Frame" is a very good LP, just not one of their best/5(94).

  8. In the '80s, keyboards came into vogue, which was perfect for Justman. His song "Centerfold" was the first single from the Freeze Frame album, and a monster hit, going to US #1 in February and staying for six weeks. "Freeze-Frame" was the next single, and it peaked at #4 in April.
