  5. Another excellent album from Jackyl. Another chainsaw song and Brian Johnson from AC/DC stops by for a song. What more could you want? Every song on here is great (as usual from Jackyl) but I guess the highlights would be "Locked & Loaded" with Brian Johnson and "Cut The Crap" with a chainsaw.

The music on Jackyl's fourth album, Cut the Crap, isn't markedly different from the group's previous Southern-fried, white-trash heavy metal, and they even seem to be running out of ideas within that idiom — the "Lumberjack Song" chainsaw gimmick returns on the title track (its lyrics are underscored by a front-cover painting of the earth in a soiled diaper and a back-cover.
  8. The rest of the disc rocks in typical Jackyl style, with total disregard for trends. As usual the lyrics are based around Jesse Dupree's sense of humor, although I sense a bit of outrage on this one as well.
